Room Information

 
Elliott Hall has two spacious rooms available to offer over two floors, these rooms are ideal for Parties, Wakes, Christenings, 1st Birthdays, Gender Revealing Parties and other special family occasions. No 18th or 21st Birthdays.

Upper Floor
This is the largest of the rooms, offering a projector, sound system, WiFi. This floor also features a large kitchen which has been fitted to a high standard.  The kitchen includes a large range cooker, two fridges, freezer, 2 microwaves, water urn, cutlery etc. This floor also has its own unisex toilet with stair lift linked to ground floor if needed.

Lower Floor
This floor is ideal for smaller events, yet is still spacious, and is fitted with a blue tooth surround speaker available if required, comes with a small kitchenette with urn and fridge. On ground floor is where your find male/female toilets with addition of a disabled access toilet.

Stair Lift
A stair lift has been installed allowing access for anyone wishing to reach the upper floor via fire exit.

Small Room
Elliott Hall also as a third room for rent which is also on the ground floor, ideal for small meetings, office hire, counselling sessions, or one on one exams/teaching.

Security
Elliott Hall has installed an intercom door system which operates from both floors, this is extra security and safety of all of those using the venue,  24 hr CCTV has been installed for peace of mind covering both out and inside of building. The venue is also registered with OFSTED.

Table/Chairs
Elliott Hall is able to supply tables and chairs within your booking, if you require and other items for you event, please ask when making contact.

Hours Required
Please remember to add setting/clearing up within your hire total time, we also request you remove all rubbish from event, and rooms left as found, as this will be chargeable.

Numbers Per Room
Lower level is able to cater between 50-70 depending on layout.
Upper level is able to cater up-to 80-100 depending on layout.
Small Room is able to cater 1-10 depending on layout

Small Room

Suitable for office, counselling sessions, tutoring, exams or interviewing. 

Ideal for small meetings up to 10 people

Lower Floor

This floor comes with a small kitchenette with fridge, kettle, urn.Ideal for preparing food or making refreshments 

Ideal for conferences/meetings or organisations/group setting.

Tables can be set up in different ways to create your event

Ideal for small children's bouncy castle or soft play parties

Bouncy castle parties ideal for younger children

Party layout for up to 30 people including buffet area 

Great floor space for children parties

Upper Floor

This level has its own toilet and a stair lift linking you to the ground floor for those who are unable to use the stairs

This space is ideal for holding those special events as well as community events like craft fayres, dinners and award evenings.

The space allows you to set out in a variety of ways, ideal for training days, exam settings, conferences/meetings

Main kitchen is located on this floor, linked with a serving hatch

This floor is ideal for larger parties and events, includes WiFi, Bluetooth sound system.

Elliott Hall is able to offer bouncy castle parties for up to the ages of 10 years. We offer two different castles in two different locations, this is depending on ages and numbers.

Elliott Hall is available to offer a bouncy castle parties for up to the ages of 10 years. We offer two different castles in two different rooms depending on ages and numbers.
